Exploring Bouzigues is an exotic experience with the typical French allure. The harbour on the beach is used by both local fishing boats and visiting leisure boats, such as yachts. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Of course, no visit would be complete without sampling the local mussels and oysters!
Fun fact: Bouzigues is a centre for oyster and mussel production dating back to the time of the Greeks, perhaps earlier. The earliest fishermen here lived in caves along the shore. So, it’s not only an excellent holiday resort, but also a historical attraction for those who are into discovering culture.
